Arthritis Wellness:
Your Resource Hub

Welcome

Living with inflammatory arthritis (IA) can be challenging, but you’re not alone on this journey. We’ve gathered some helpful resources about movement, nutrition, and mindfulness designed to benefit people living with IA.

We know it is not always easy to manage exercise, diet, sleep, and stress, especially when dealing with chronic pain. That is why we’re here to support your wellness goals with evidence-based information and practical advice from health care professionals and patients like you.

Who will find this resource helpful?

This resource is for individuals with inflammatory arthritis, such as ankylosing spondylitis, rheumatoid arthritis, and psoriatic arthritis. It’s also valuable for those managing chronic conditions like lupus. Whether your newly diagnosed or experienced, these tools offer support. Caregivers can also use this information to help loved ones achieve wellness goals.

Remember, this is not medical advice. Complementary treatments should never replace prescribed medication or your doctor’s guidance. Always consult your health care provider before starting a new exercise routine or making dietary changes.
