What do you wake up to?

Starting the day on the right foot is essential to successful living with chronic illness. We all know how quickly the day can turn sour if we forget an important medication the night before, forget to turn on the heating pad in bed or don’t have that all important cup of coffee first thing. I’ve been examining my routines lately and realizing the importance of not only incorporating the essential medications and health tools into my morning routine, but also ensuring that I incorporate beauty and my favorite things into each morning, such as chai latte in my Thor mug, beautiful flowers and my purple flip flops, as well as my medications. I hope this inspires you to identify a few special treats to motivate you in the morning and ease your pain and fatigue on those tougher days!
