ACR is the largest global rheumatology medical conference of the year with rheumatologist and researchers from across theworld meeting to discuss clinical pathways, treatments and research.
This year CreakyJoints will be the ACR special reporters, with live-streams from the floor on November 5, 6 and 7, as well as our usual in-depth stories on CreakyJoints.org and leading presence on Twitter and Facebook during the conference.
This year, everyone at ACR has a special responsibility to reach out to our friends and colleagues in Puerto Rico so they can provide services to people with arthritis.
The situation in Puerto Rico is awful, as we’re sure you know.
CreakyJoints, along with local patient and physician groups in Puerto Rico, and with the help and support of the American College of Rheumatology has set up a special Puerto Rico Rheumatology Relief fund. We are matching the first $5,000 donated, and 100 percent of the funds will go to Puerto Rico rheumatology programs like the ones listed below:
This is a very ambitious program and we are focusing our fundraising efforts at ACR, so please click below to give as much as you can, or stop by the CreakyJoints table at ACR to donate. CreakyJoints is part of the Global Healthy Living Foundation, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Your donation is tax deductible. You will receive a receipt for your donation by email.
