If you have been diagnosed with gout and are from a low-income household (in the U.S. or Puerto Rico) and in need of telehealth services, you could be eligible for a FREE computer that includes a hotspot with 12 months of internet service (Wi-Fi).
Prioritizing health and safety is a vital part of our mission. As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to impact communities, there is an increased emphasis on using the internet to see a doctor or nurse instead of going to an in-person appointment. To help meet this demand, we’ve partnered with PCs for People, a nonprofit dedicated to bringing low-cost technology and internet to communities in need. Eligible individuals can receive a FREE computer and internet hotspot (Wi-Fi) with 12 months of service, ensuring access to a safe and convenient way to visit the doctor.

Here’s How It Works:
First, you’ll be asked to complete our short questionnaire to confirm that you qualify. If you are eligible, you will be contacted by a member of our team with further details. If you are eligible, you will be contacted by a member of the CreakyJoints team with further details. If you know of family or friends who have been diagnosed with gout and may be eligible, you may fill out the form on their behalf.

Internet Service (Wi-Fi): Each hotspot comes with 12 months of service. If you receive a hotspot, you will receive an email notice 14 days before your service expires. You can renew online or over the phone.
Device Limit: Computers and Internet hotspots are limited to one per household. If you qualify for a computer, you will have the ability to select a desktop or laptop device. If you need internet access (Wi-Fi), you will also be able to order a hotspot.
